We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders, or items damaged in transit. Please be in touch if you have any issues and we will help out as best we can. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, irregularities and inconsistencies are to be expected.
As we are a new and small business, at this time we can only accept store credit or exchange only.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) by reaching out to us within 4 days of when your order was received. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, please email us at email@example.com. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 4 days.
