Shipping is determined by product weight, dimensions and destination. If there is no shipping quote given at checkout, we can provide one for you.
We offer local NYC pickup.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders, or items damaged in transit. Please be in touch if you have any issues and we will help out as best we can. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, irregularities and inconsistencies are to be expected.
As we are a new and small business, all items are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or not as expected. If this is the case we allow store credit or exchange only.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 4 days of when your order was received. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 4 days.
